The F45 Panania community has been deeply shaken by the heartbreaking loss of one of our regular member's 12-year-old daughter Charlotte, who tragically took her own life due to bullying. In honor of Charlotte, and to support Mat and his family, we are coming together to raise much-needed funds for Kids Helpline—a crucial service that provides support to children and young people facing emotional challenges, including those struggling with suicidal thoughts.

We invite you to join us for a 12-hour overnight bike ride in our studio from 8pm to 8am. Whether you book a time slot to jump on a bike or simply come by to show your support and cheer on the riders, your presence matters. Every dollar raised will go toward ensuring other young children have access to the emotional support they need in tough times. Let’s stand together, cycle together, and make a difference in Charlotte’s memory.
